The best reason to choose Brinlee Ranch Hunts as your Texas deer hunting outfitter is that our ranch is under a strict wildlife management program, so the number of whitetail deer harvested each year is carefully controlled. Meaning, our property is not over hunted. Each year, we conduct a survey of our deer population. We check for an appropriate buck to doe ratio, we check for the quality of our herd, and we get recommendations for the number of bucks and does that should be harvested each year. Hunter bookings are closely monitored to insure a quality hunt and the 2009-2010 hunting season is looking to be one of the best ever.
We currently offer semi-guided whitetail deer hunts on approximately 60,000 acres. Our deer hunting packages include outstanding meals and comfortable lodging. All of our hunts are fully guided. By working in cooperation with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Technical Guidance Biologists we have acquired our MLDP (Managed Lands Deer Permit) which allows our deer Hunters to hunt whitetail deer from October 1st through the end of February.
We do not charge any kill, trophy or replacement fees of any kind. We have structured our packages to keep our hunts very affordable and simple. There are NO hidden fees. Over 70% of our hunters are repeat clients!
During the 2009-2010 Texas whitetail deer season our hunters once again experienced great success on free range whitetail bucks scoring anywhere from 110-150+ B&C. Many of our bigger bucks are passed over each year because of broken tines incurred during the intense Texas rut, saving themselves for yet another hunting season. Having a front row seat in a Texas deer blind while watching rutting whitetail bucks chasing hot does is truly something to experience! It is not uncommon for our hunters to see as many as 10-20 different whitetail bucks per day in addition to rio grande turkeys, javelinas and the occasional bobcat and mountain lion.

Texas Classic Whitetail Hunt (Gun, Black Powder or Bow) $2,750.00
4 day fully-guided fair chase hunt, all meals and lodging, and includes
1 Whitetail Buck, 2 Does, and 1 Rio Grande Turkey.
You may harvest a bobcat, fox, javelina or mountain lion as a no-charge bonus.
Non-Hunting Guests (Based on availability) $500.00
A 50% deposit reserves your hunt dates. No one will be booked without putting down a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable; however, dates may be substituted. The remaining Balance is due upon arrival. We take cash or checks for your payment. We do not accept CREDIT CARDS sorry for the inconvenience. All hunters will sign a Release of Liability. Please contact us by phone or e-mail for available hunt dates. Dates are offered on a first come/first served basis. You must have a group of at least 10 hunters to book the ranch exclusively.
Non-Resident "All Inclusive" hunting license cost is $300 plus a $7 turkey stamp. All hunters are guaranteed a license over the counter and should be purchased before arrival at the ranch. Brinlee Ranch Hunts assumes no liability for late changes in fees and dates set by the
Texas
Parks and Wildlife Department.
Field dressing, quartering, and cold storage of game is included. Deer will be caped and horns packaged for return on plane. Hunter must furnish cooler. Taxidermy services are available.
Any wounded game may or will be considered the shooter's animal. Total effort must be used to find wounded game. If game is shot at and presumed missed, a thorough search will be made before hunting is resumed.
Tips are customary and are not considered part of the hunt cost. Recommended amounts are 7 to 10% for the guides, 2 to 5% for cooks, and 2 to 5% for the game processor. These recommendations are for the total cost of the hunt.
